We provide free UPS Ground shipping on all retail orders over $200 to anywhere in the United States.

Same Day Shipping

On all orders received before 3.00 pm Mountain Standard Time.
We ship orders by UPS on the day received, provided they are placed before 3.00 pm MST, Monday through Friday. Orders received over a weekend or US holiday will be shipped on the next business day.

Expedited Delivery

You may select faster shipping options during checkout, at an additional cost.

Back Ordered Products

If an order contains backordered products, the in-stock items will ship immediately and backordered items will ship when they arrive at our facility.

Shipment Tracking

The email address you provide when placing your order will enable UPS Quantum View to provide you with updates to track the progress of your shipment. You will see when it was accepted by UPS, where it is during transit and when it is scheduled for delivery. Any unforeseen delays due to weather or other circumstances will also be provided by email.

International Shipping

We ship worldwide. All International orders ship via USPS Airmail and the exact shipping cost will be provided to you by email after checkout. International orders are subject to customs regulations and you may be responsible for additional customs fees. International shipments can experience delay during customs clearance and a signature may be required upon delivery. Please contact clientservices@esente.com  or call 800.610.6750 if you have any questions regarding International shipments.

You may return any unused merchandise in its original condition and packaging within 21 days of the invoice date. Please contact our client services department to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization Number.  

A full refund less a 10% restocking/processing fee will be issued to your credit card upon our receipt of returned merchandise.

For health reasons, we cannot accept returns of products that have been opened.   There is no exchange or refund on any item that has been used or is not in its original packaging.

Any shipping cost you incur to return the product to us non-refundable.

We will process the refund to your credit card account within 3 days of our receipt of your returned merchandise. Please allow at least two billing cycles from the date of return for the credit to appear on your billing statement.  Credits are only issued for products that have been returned, unused and in the same condition as originally sold.

If there is any discrepancy or the product is damaged during shipment, please notify our Client Services within 24-48 hours after delivery so we can file a claim at UPS.    You must call our Client Services at  1-800-610-6750  or email  clientservices@esente.com.    It is necessary for you to retain the damaged product with the original packing in order to process your claim.

We need the following information to complete a return.  (If information is not complete, we are unable to process your return)

• Full name and address
• RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) number
• Telephone number
• E-mail address
• Original Invoice number
• Reason for Return
